Shipping, Delivery & Packaging Standards (B2B)
Reliable delivery starts long before the container is loaded. We treat packaging as part of product quality: protection, verification, and clear shipping documentation to reduce damage and disputes.
Shipping Options (Common Incoterms)
We support multiple trade terms depending on your logistics setup. The most common options are listed below. Final terms depend on destination, cargo mix, and order volume.
EXW / FOB
- EXW: buyer arranges pickup and export logistics (fast coordination for experienced importers).
- FOB: we deliver goods to the port and hand over after export customs clearance.
CIF / DDP (By Request)
- CIF: includes ocean freight and insurance to the destination port.
- DDP: door delivery solution in some regions (availability depends on destination and product mix).
If you already work with a freight forwarder, we can coordinate pickup, carton marks, and loading plans to match your warehouse receiving requirements.
Lead Time & Delivery Planning
Delivery reliability depends on clear planning. We recommend confirming lead time based on product tier, accessory mix, and packaging requirements.
- Standard items: scheduled production with stable repeat output for reorder programs.
- OEM/ODM items: sampling approval → production → QC release → packing verification.
- Peak season preparation: reserve capacity early to avoid shipping congestion risks.
Packaging Levels (Protection Strategy)
We design packaging based on product risk profile and your destination logistics chain. Below is a typical three-layer structure.
Level 1: Inner Protection
- Surface protection (anti-scratch and anti-dust handling)
- Accessory separation to prevent contact damage
- Moisture considerations for long transit routes (when required)
Level 2: Retail / Unit Packaging
- Color box, sleeve, or protective carton (per your brand request)
- Insert cards, manuals, and brand label placement
- Barcode label position guidance (if required)
Level 3: Master Carton & Reinforcement
- Carton strength selection based on weight and route
- Corner reinforcement and internal spacing control
- Carton sealing and stacking guideline alignment
Palletization (Optional)
- Pallet loading plan by container type
- Stretch wrap & edge guards (as needed)
- Warehouse-friendly handling for receiving efficiency
Carton Marks & Labeling
Clear carton marks reduce warehouse errors and speed up customs and receiving. We can follow your standard format or provide a recommended template.
Typical Marking Elements
- Buyer name / destination / PO number
- Item name or category + model reference
- Quantity per carton and carton number (e.g., 1/50)
- Gross/Net weight and carton dimensions
- Handling marks (fragile, keep dry, this side up)
Loading Plan & Shipment Verification
Before release, we confirm packing quantity and carton integrity. For larger shipments, loading is planned to reduce movement and crush risk.
- Packing list alignment: carton count and SKU mix verified against your PO.
- Carton integrity check: sealing, reinforcement, and stacking readiness.
- Mixed programs: clear separation and labeling to simplify receiving.
- Release rule: shipment only after final QC and packing verification.
QC release standards are described here: QC & Craftsmanship.
Shipping Documents (Typical)
Document requirements depend on destination and trade terms. The list below covers the most common documents for B2B import procedures.
Commercial Set
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Sales contract / PI (if required)
Logistics Set
- Bill of lading / airway bill
- Insurance (for CIF routes, if applicable)
- Other destination-required documents (by request)
